Dealing with change, conflict and challenges effectively
I think that CBT is a very effective way of helping you to deal with life in general. I would recommend CBT to other people because you learn so much that you didn’t know was available to learn. To anyone thinking about whether to start CBT, my advice is to definitely do it as it’s the best spend I’ve ever made! Go in with an open attitude and Eleanor will be a great support in helping you handle whatever life is throwing at you much more skillfully and wisely!”
