If you're wanting someone else to get help, ping them this page as I can only respond to people who reach out to me directly. I work 1-1 with people from wonderfully diverse backgrounds in our global family, of all ages *over 18*.

I'd love to have time to personally respond to everyone who gets in touch, but my service is in high demand, so that's not feasible. Feel free to enquire about sessions again in future though - I do prioritise people who are motivated like me to move things positively forwards!!
