I offer a free initial telephone consultation to answer any questions you might have.

My aim is to be as flexible as possible to make sure that busy lives don't get in the way of your ongoing development. This means I'll always aim to find a time to fit your schedule, and a location to suit you - whether this is in a private practice consultation room, at home, work, or other venue of your choice. In all locations, every effort is made to ensure that your confidentiality is not compromised.

Your own home or workplace

I'm happy to arrange a visit to your workplace for professional coaching or mentoring. Maybe you would like me to offer perfomance coaching or CBT training to your team? I can visit you at home if this would help with childcare or any physical health restrictions you may be experiencing. Depending on where this is, we may need to discuss covering the additional transport cost and time.

Parks and Gardens

Some clients like to be outdoors. London offers plenty of opportunities. I've found the best and most discreet locations. If this is something you would like to consider, we can discuss where might suite you.

Out and about where you live

Some clients benefit from assistance in locations outside of therapy rooms - either due to child-care; for convenience, or for overcoming particular anxiety and fears.

Transport and community venues - for graded therapy to build confidence and overcome fears e.g. for social anxiety and shyness; agoraphobia; fear of travelling on public transport; fear of flying or heights; vomit or needle phobia Your place of work or study - e.g. for stress management training for you or your team, assessment of your needs; liaison and advocacy; team-building Your home and/or garden - e.g. for healing ceremony and Eco-therapy Community parks - e.g. Ecotherapy and overcoming fear of dogs, birds, water

Telephone consultations

Sometimes it maybe difficult to arrange a face to face consultation. Rather than skip a session altogther, you can have the session by telephone, at your preferred time.
