It's really important that you're completely happy with your choice of therapy, coaching mentoring or supervision - and of course, with the person who's helping you. I offer a free initial telephone conversation of up to 30 minutes, which is an opportunity for you to find out more about my approach, and ask any questions, so you know how it will work for you.
I'll also ask you about your goals so I can tell you whether I have the right training for your needs. So, if you want to move forwards with your goals, you can be assured that I will be clear and upfront about whether it will be beneficial for you to work with me.

My consultation rooms in Clapham and Farringdon are 5 mins walk from tube and bus stops, with good parking, or I can work with you over the phone to save on travel time
You're welcome to book appointments at different times, and to move between face to face and phone consultations to fit your schedule. You're also welcome to choose the frequency and length of sessions according to your needs.
